This Talent4film Privacy Policy refers to the personal information & data we collect when you interact with our company& its websites & apps. Safeguarding the privacy & security of your personal information & data is a priority for us. 1. The Data & Information We Collect and Use

Talent4film collects Personal Information &Data that you voluntarily provide us, when you register for Talent4film, create a talent profile, or create an employer profile. We also collect Personal Data when you sign up for email, newsletters or alerts on Talent4film. Personal Data may contain your name, email, contact information, your location, as well as other information you provide to Talent4film.
Talent4film collects billing information when processing payment on talent4film.com in conjunction with posting casting notices and subscribing for membership.
Talent4film may collect and store an image of your driver’s license / passport/ valid Identification proofs issued by the Government or Government authorised authorities and may extract and store information from the scanned image, such as your date of birth, in order to verify your identity and to confirm that you are 16 years of age or older or in the case of a minor, similar information of the parent/legal guardian of the minor user may also be collected to confirm grant of permission for use of Talent4film by minors. In case of minors, Talent4film will appreciate parent’s or legal guardian’s guidance in subscription and subsequent use of Talent4film and as per the rules of the land.
Talent4film logs your visits and use of Talent4film, including the Talent4film applications, such as when you view or click on content, casting notices, or ads, perform a search, install or update one of our applications, or apply for roles. We use log-ins, cookies, device information and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses to identify you, your location, and log your use.
Talent4film collects and stores data about you when you use Talent4film’s messaging platform to communicate with other users.
Talent4film may place a "cookie" on your computer when you visit a Talent4film website. Talent4film may use cookies to personalize your experience using Talent4film, and to gather usage data that will help to improve the quality of the websites. There is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to deny, accept or delete cookies.

Facebook: Talent4film collects data as only Name, Email & Profile Image from Facebook, that is only being used for Sign Up and Sign In to the service.
Account Deletion: Talent4film let users to delete their account and its data completely by submitting a 'Account Deletion Request' via our support email i.e., [email protected].

Talent4film’siOS App does not employ any third-party tracking, and does not collect data from its app for the purpose of targeted third party advertising, advertising measurement, or the sharing of data collected from the Talent4film app with a data broker.

2. How Talent4film Uses Your Information & Data

To create an account for you to use the Talent4film casting platform and services.
To personalize Talent4film to give you a better experience, such as sending you targeted job postings based on your location.
To respond to your requests or to manage user accounts.
To receive product feedback and understand our users better in order to improve Talent4film.
To monitor the safety and security of the Talent4film service and casting platform.
To target and measure the performance of advertisements displayed to our users directly by Talent4film or through third party advertising partners, on and off Talent4film.
To verify the age of Talent4film users.
To verify your identity, in order to protect the safety and security of our customers.
Talent4film may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties in connection with a corporate transaction where all or a portion of our business (e.g., a portion that includes our customer lists) is sold or transferred. We also may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information if disclosure is required by law or as part of a lawsuit or government investigation or proceeding, or in order to permit us to exercise or preserve our legal rights or take action regarding potentially illegal activities or to protect the safety of any person. 3. How Talent4film Shares Your Information

Talent Profile

You may choose to make your talent profile fully visible to all users on Talent4film, as well as publicly discoverable across the world wide web, or not publicly discoverable, where only logged in users can view it. You may modify the information you have provided to Talent4film at any time through your Talent4film profile.

Messaging

The Talent4film service allows you to share information with other users by sending and receiving messages on the Talent4film messaging system. When you send email or message Talent4film customer support, Talent4film will collect and store your name, email address and the content of your message so we can provide customer support.

Participating in Talent4film Community Forums

When you post messages on the message boards on Talent4film, the information contained in your posting will be stored on Talent4film servers and will be openly available by other Talent4film users and across the world wide web.

Participating in Talent4film Community Forums

Posting Job / Casting Notices

When a user posts a job / casting notice, the notice may contain personally identifiable information. By posting a job / casting notice on Talent4film,, you consent to share the contents of the notice with other Talent4filmusers, as well as make the contents of your casting notice publicly discoverable across the world wide web.

Other Parties Designated by You

When using the Talent4film Service, you may share your data with other parties designated by you. For example, when applying to a job / casting notice on Talent4film, you may share personally identifiable data with the recipient of your application. When inviting aTalent4film user to apply to your job / casting notice, you may also share personally identifiable information with that user.

Service Providers

From time to time, Talent4film may partner with unaffiliated companies or individuals for market research, product development, quality assurance testing, or similar purposes. These companies or individuals may be provided with access to personally identifiable information, but we will require by contract that they agree to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of such information. We alsomay subcontract with other companies and individuals to do work on our behalf; they may be provided with access to personally identifiable information, but only as needed to perform their functions.

Data Processors

Talent4film, as a data controller, collects and shares data with different data processors in the following categories:

Technology and Infrastructure: Talent4film distributes data to processors in order to host, enable and support the Talent4film platform and service.
Analytics and Reporting: Talent4film distributes data to analytics platforms to better understand user behaviour and track key business metrics, in order to provide a better service to its users.
Marketing Partners: Talent4film distributes data to marketing companies to facilitate email marketing, IOS/Android app messaging campaigns, on-site promotions, and social media, search, and display advertising campaigns.
Identity Verification: Talent4film may work with external data processors to verify the identity of users and to confirm their date of birth, in order to protect the safety and security of customers on the platform. You acknowledge that our vendors may provide us with certain sensitive information including your name, date of birth, and criminal history. Vendor information will be provided if a need arises.

4. Your Privacy Settings

You can manage the content and information you share when using your account through the privacy settings you select and change it if you so desire . Some settings are described below:-

Setting your Talent Profile to Private: Only you or the recipient of a talent application you submit will be able to view your Talent Profile.
Setting your Talent Profile to Public: Your Talent Profile will be visible to users on Talent4film.com and across the public internet.

5. Privacy For Minors

The information of minor users as well as their parent/legal guardian shall be collected and managed in accordance with this privacy policy. Talent4film does not knowingly collect Personal Data on our Websites from minors without the prior consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. We expect the parents to guide and control the use of our website / application when used by their minor children and parents are requested to adhere to the rules and regulation of the country to which they belong.

This section only applies to children under the age of 16 and supplements the other provisions of this Privacy Policy. Only the other provisions of this Privacy Policy applies to teens and adults.

Parental Consent: Only a Parent or Legal Guardian of a minor may create an account on talent4film.com to promote their child’s career. When creating a Talent4film Talent Profile on behalf of their child, the Parent or Legal Guardian will be asked to enter their child’s date of birth. If the child is under 18 years of age, a Parent must affirm that they are the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Child whose profile they are creating, and consent to the release of the child’s personal information within the Talent4film Actor Profile. Talent4film may require the Parent or Legal Guardian to transmit a scanned image or photograph of their driver’s license or other official identification, such as a passport, to verify their date of birth and another proof to establish their relation with their minor child.
Accessing and Correcting Your Child's Personal Information: At any time, you may review the child's personal information maintained by us. You can review, change, or delete your child's personal information by: Logging into your Talent4film account and visiting your child’s account profile page by Sending us an email to [email protected]. To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to take certain steps or provide additional information to verify your identity before we provide any information or make corrections. Parents have the freedom to refuse permission on all aspects related to their minor child related to data collection or using any information related to their minor child.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Talent4film retains personally identifiable information for the maximum period allowable by law, where there is a reasonable business need or legitimate interest to retain such data.
